1)Development comes with industries (business) and transportation facilities: M.S. Gill.
"Nanded will develop if business and transportation facilities made available" Said Mr. M.S.Gill, Union sports minister.If  Government will not provide such facilities, existing infrastructures have no value. Mr. Gill was talking on the occasion of inauguration of English medium school and a clinic started by Shri Guru Govind Singji welfare trust. Member of minority commission Mr. Hanspalsing was the chief guest of the program. 

2)Sports Ministry will construct an international Hockey stadium in Nanded.
National level Hockey tournaments are conducted in Nanded each year with the name of Shri Guru Govind Singji. Best teams of the country participate in the tournament. There is right audience for Hockey in Nanded.But due to lack of ground, players, organisers were facing difficulties. When Mr. Khatgaonkar,MP of Nanded, put Mr. Gill's attention on this fact, they assured that they will start the procedure soon, with the help of state ministry and Gurudwara board.

3)Nandedkars relieved with the rain.
The Monsoon arrived everywhere in the state. But rainfall was occurred in very few cities of Nanded district. Though it delayed for a week, the rainfall occurred in Nanded yesterday . Further the rainfall remain constant, seeds will be sown soon.But this rain is not enough for sowing.All have been  kept ready by the farmers only remained is enough rainfall.Dark Rain is playing hide and seek with the district.So concern of farmers continues.    

4)New S.P. strikes.
Six policemen were suspended for fault in duty.
New SP Mr. Karnik suspended six policemen for serving fault in duty. The policemen were appointed in the rally of "Shri Maharana Pratap Jayanti" in Itwara police station area. But these policemen were absent on their duty. Mr.Karnik noticed that and he made the decision. He said  "It is a serious matter and it is a warning to all the officers and constables who ignore their their duties".

5)A new course started in Yeshwant College.
A new course is started in Yeshwant college from this year. The course is named "Bachelor of Finance and Accounts". Students can apply for this course from the educational year 2010-2011.Any student having minimum 60% marks in 12th standard can apply for this course.
